With a fully staffed, in-house Safety Department, Pleasants Construction is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all of our employees. Our Safety Staff prepares and oversees the implementation of the Pleasants Safety Program as well as all safety training to include weekly “toolbox talks” and incorporation of any client specific programs. Additionally the Safety Staff conducts the annual Pleasants Safety Contest which rewards our employees for proactive safety ideas as well as meeting our OSHA compliance standards.
